Brand Awareness Campaign for Momo Grill Vilnius
In the summer of 2020, Momo Grill Vilnius, a restaurant that opened between two lockdowns and whose predecessors in Klaipėda and Kaunas are annually ranked among the country’s top restaurants, had a problem with its visibility in the capital. While there was no shortage of lunchtime visitors, most tables remained vacant in the evenings. The challenge for the agency was to raise the profile of Momo Grill Vilnius among the city’s residents and visitors and attract new customers, ensuring more steady flow.
In order to draw public attention to the relatively newly opened restaurant, we created an event – Momo Grill Vilnius’ 1st birthday celebration, which was based on a tasting dinner for invited guests: fans and gourmets of quality food, who are very popular on social networks. During the evening, chefs from all three Momo Grill restaurants in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, as well as the owner of Momo Grill Vytautas Samanavičius, presented their dishes to the guests. After the event, we additionally launched an influencer communication campaign on social platforms.
As a result of the campaign, the news about Momo Grill Vilnius’ birthday was reported by all major news portals in the country, as well as by the lifestyle magazines Žmonės and Stilius, and niche internet portals. 22 celebrities visited the restaurant and shared their impressions with their fans, creating more than 500 content units on social media in stories and post formats. The number of bookings for Momo Grill Vilnius has grown to the point where the restaurant had to extend its opening hours and hire additional staff.
