McDonald‘s Employer Branding Campaign

Following the guidelines of McDonald’s international employer branding campaign, we have adapted the messages, promotional texts and visuals for the Baltic market. 

The main creative message illustrated the work at McDonalds not only as an opportunity to make money, but also as a place to acquire skills that will be useful in any future job. 

Communication included advertising in the press, OOH, and digital advertising.
