Declaration Wizard

Lithuanian tax administration institution, State Tax Inspectorate, for years had a rather complex income declaration system, which, although aimed at ordinary taxpayers, was difficult for majority of them to understand. Every spring, when the time to file taxes for the previous year was approaching, people were complaining, occupied call lines, hired accountants to file taxes for them, and usually waited till the very last minute to fulfill this unpleasant and fearsome duty. 

2020 In response to people’s moods, the State Tax Inspectorate has developed a new tax declaration system, called the “Declaration Wizard” – a much more convenient, intuitive application that allows taxpayers to declare their taxes painlessly just by answering several simple questions.
